Samantha Chung Designs & Visual Applications Inc.

Samantha Chung Designs (SCD) is extremely proud to announce our new blog feature to our website. Although we are a recognized interior design firm that caters largely to our Montreal region and West Island clientele, we specialize mostly in design-build (interior & exterior designs and renovations).

Over the years, we have been listening and recording very closely, feedbacks from our clients, on some of the challenges that they experience when it comes to home improvements or renovation. These challenges range from “not knowing where to start” to “not being sure if their ideas are the right solution” to “can this be a DIY (do-it-yourself) project?”.

There is no doubt that taking on any home improvement or renovation project can be a daunting task but it can also be expensive as well. Before engaging into any projects around the house, it is extremely important to research into what the best and correct solutions are available out there. This also holds true when it comes to knowing who to bring in as well (ie: architects, designers, experienced trades people, etc.). Knowledge is power and the more time you invest in planning these projects, the less likely you will find yourself running into challenges. Most importantly, it will help you avoid costly mistakes.

To help provide our clients and visitors that come visit us on our website, we will be regularly posting insightful and useful articles to answer some of the questions and myths that people have when it comes to interior designing and home renovations. Periodically, we will also be posting valuable Feng Shui tips that can help improve and bring positive energy to your space.

We are also encouraging our visitors to send us their exciting stories by sharing with our readers the challenges and creative solutions they used to overcome their home improvement projects. Send us your before and after photos as well. People can never get enough of seeing photographs. You will be amazed to find out how many other people are experiencing the same challenges as you. Your stories and solutions may just be the right inspiration. It may also turn out to be the newest and best creative solution that has ever been brought to the surface. As they said, “there is always more than one way to skin a cat”.

SCD is so excited to share this new blog feature with everyone. If you enjoy any of our articles or stories from our readers, we would be delighted to have you invite your friends and families to come visit our website. Also share these delightful and useful ideas through the popular links. It may just very well save you from the heartaches that can be experienced from doing your next interior designing or home renovation project.
